About the Owner
“I was gifted with a passion for animals and a unique way to care for them at a young age. My mother opened up our first grooming shop over 25 years ago where I’ve had the opportunity to grow in my craft and business. I’ve always been a firm believer that with experience comes knowledge. In addition to my grooming experience, I’ve spent four years as a veterinary-tech assistant where I learned how important grooming is for the overall health of pets. Like a lot of my clients, I have owned many pets in my lifetime but over the years I have acquired a soft spot for dogs and horses. Grooming is very rewarding for me because not only do I get the chance to make owners smile, I am able to watch every pet leave the shop refreshed and ready to conquer their next adventure.”

If you stop in to check out the shop, you are almost guaranteed to be welcomed by our miniture schnauzer, Dozer, when you walk in. He is a staple to the shop! Dozer, being an older fellow and Rachel’s right hand man for his entire life, has more experience working in grooming shops than most. Feel free to pop in and say hello to him anytime!
